We want you to have the best promotions for your order, however, not all promotions/coupons are able to be combined. Once an order has been placed, it is difficult to have it modified or canceled. Because we at The Diamond Boutique strive to accommodate our clients, please Contact us at info@shopthediamond.com before the order is processed to initiate a change. Once orders are processed, they can no longer be modified or canceled.

Our company selects a range of sizes to be offered based on our experience with broader demand. When we run out of stock in a particular size, color, or item, it will no longer be shown online. To ensure the best fit for you, please refer to our size chart.

Orders may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

  • Item(s) became unavailable after your order was placed

  • Difficulty in processing your payment information

  • Inability to ship to the address provided

  • If you have questions or would like to place a new order please contact us at info@shopthediamond.com.


Delivery time of purchased items depends on location and the shipping method specified. A tracking number will be assigned once your order is ready to ship. Check here to see all your order status' and tracking details, including expected delivery date.

Although all orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will be shipped and fulfilled the same day, The Diamond does not offer overnight or expedited shipping. We look forward to extending this option in Spring of 2021.

Because everyone deserves the option to Save & Slay, as of Spring 2017, we provide international shipping.

The Diamond Boutique is pleased to offer local pickup. Select 'local pick up' on the information screen. Please note, due to COVID-19, customers are not permitted to try on merchandise. Please thoroughly inspect items upon receiving during pick up. Ensure accurate sizing when purchasing online by utilizing our size chart or reaching out to a team member.

Please wait for a pick up notification to be issued prior to arrival. Do not arrive without confirming a pick up time with a team member via email or text.

A tracking number will be issued 1-3 business days after an order is placed.

An email order confirmation will be sent once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order is in transit. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. If you did not receive emails for your orders, please double check your email spam folder.

Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Diamond Boutique is temporarily suspending exchanges. Please ensure that correct sizing and colors are identified on all orders before confirming.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. We are pleased to provide exchanges for equally priced items if your product arrives damaged; merchandise credit will be issued for any amounts left over. We do not offer refunds. To qualify for an exchange, articles must be unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt. The Diamond Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears tampered with, worn, final sale or reported after 48 hours.
